Negotiation

In the negotiation phase, the findings from the pre-negotiation phase will be processed. NUM3RUS supports its clients by analysing suppliers’ proposals and ensuring their compliance with the RFP.

Additionally, NUM3RUS is able to compare the pricing and other terms and conditions offered by the suppliers with the terms of similar contracts executed by other companies and organisations.

On the basis of its analysis NUM3RUS will give recommendations on further steps.

If requested by the client, NUM3RUS can support the negotiations with suppliers actively or passively. This support can be extended to cover legal and tax advice through our partnership with DWF.
